2. Game Day Tech & Comfort: Set Up for Success

One perk of living at 73 East Lake is that you can stream the big game on high-speed internet-complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all common areas, so there's no lag between the play and your party's reaction. For an in-unit setup, your living room's built-in TV support ensures that your screen is the focal point, while keyless smart access (thanks to DOOR smart entry) makes it easy for your guests to come and go during halftime.

If your group prefers a bigger and more cinematic experience, the community's private theater offers plush velvet seating in an upscale environment for a true sports bar vibe without ever leaving home.

3. Curate the Ultimate Football Menu

With those chef-worthy kitchens at 73 East Lake, you can elevate your party menu far beyond basic chips and dips:

• Sliders & Gourmet Sandwiches: Prep football classics on your quartz countertops, keeping ingredients fresh and plentiful in your spacious GE fridge.
• Tailgate-Style BBQ: Head to the community's rooftop gas grills or the 9th floor outdoor barbecue area. With city views and ample lounge seating, it's the ultimate setup for grilling burgers, brats, or a vegetarian spread.
• Snack Stadiums: Use your kitchen's island or breakfast bar as a display for organized rows of popcorn, pretzels, wings, and other finger foods-where the city view is as spectacular as the game.
• Drinks Station: Set up a chic bar area on your kitchen island with locally sourced craft beers, sodas, mocktails, and classic cocktails.

4. Keep the Vibe Rolling: Decor & Ambiance

Add some team spirit to your One or two-bedroom home or lounge space by:

• Decorating with team colors using tableware, banners, or themed balloons.
• Arranging seating so everyone has a clear view of the TV and the skyline behind it.
• Dimming pendant lighting in your kitchen and living area for a cozy, cinematic game-time atmosphere, or stringing up a few festive LED lights on the terrace.
• Weaving in 73 East Lake's signature modern style by using chic serving trays, glassware, and elegant snack bowls.

5. Activities for All: Beyond the Big Game

Not everyone at your watch party may be a die-hard football fan. Keep guests engaged by:

• Setting up board games or card games in your lounge area or living room for halftime entertainment.
• Using the Fitness Gym or indoor pool amenities to let off extra energy before or after the game. Organize a light-hearted fitness challenge in the workout space for early arrivals or as a postgame cooldown.
