Pet Policy

73 East Lake is a pet-friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs with some breed restrictions and a 2 pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet fee up to $370 is required, as well as a monthly pet rent up to $45 per pet based off the PetScreening pet profile. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
